Rewiring old houses fixing them up renovating old houses to provide more power, better lighting and more convenience is something we love doing.
If you have a fairly good-sized project, one of my other specialties is designing a contract the form of a list where each item has its own price. This works really well when it’s a large project and you are not sure where they want to put recessed cans in the living room and the dining room or just the living room and whether or not you want to add plugs in the bedroom or only then again, and how much it would cost for dimmers, what would be the price for putting the TV on the wall including bringing in cable TV or dish TV.
