COMMERCIAL WORK
The owner of a T-shirt printing company south of Market Street called. He had searched for a San Francisco Electrician in Google as well as in Yelp. He needed a dedicated 20 amp 220 volt circuit which we provided from the existing panel. It took about 60 feet of half inch pipe and a two pole breaker and a few more parts like copper wire and junction boxes.

We are doing an estimate to provide more three phase power outlets for a company here in the city that makes skall metal parts for body jewelery. The other estimators seemed to think they needed more power into the panel when actually all they needed was more space in the panel. I came up with a way to reuse some of the conduit and put the panel around on the north wall, thereby saving some money for the owner. The bid I went out and the owner of the business is going to show it to the owner of the building. They require full certificate of insurance made out to the owners name which is fine and easily provided.

A large warehouse and storage distribution facility in South San Francisco had us come in and change the fluorescent tubes and some balasts as needed along with a few motion sensors so they could regain full lighting in their plant.

One of our associates is currently negotiating with San Francisco city schools to provide them with high efficiency T5 florescent lighting to replace their high discharge lighting. The upgrade is funded by the fixture manufacturer and the school actually has no out-of-pocket expense and gains a small income derived from the savings on energy expenses.
