Guarantee
I guarantee our workmanship for your lifetime or forever, which ever is longest.
There are no moving parts in electrical wiring, so the wires should not wear out.
If there is a problem or a question, one of us will come and diagnose it. You will be asked to sign a
provisional work order before we start work. After a problem has been diagnosed, it will be made clear to
everyone if it is under warranty. If it is a warrantied problem, we will void the provisional work order
and correct it for free. Of course if the problem was caused by others, we will ask for our
standard service fee. This fee may be discounted, at our option.
However, fans, dimmers and some light fixtures do have moving parts and/or electronics.
Most manufacturers guarantee parts for (only) one year. After a year, if there is a problem with parts,
we will talk to the manufacturer for you and try to work out a good resolution.
In this case the service fee may be reduced based on who supplied the parts and
what we can arrange with the manufacturer.
