SCORE CARD - We want to know your feelings about the completed work. Your feedback is
crucial to the success of our business. Using a scale of 1 to 10, we only accept 9 or 10 as acceptable
ratings for our electricians' work. If you would not rate your job and the electrician who did it that high,
then it is imperative that we hear from you right away. Our future business growth depends on your
satisfaction with our work. If we do not hear from you, then we will assume your rating for the job would
be in the 9-10 range.
