Why choose to pay just a little bit more?
WHY CHOOSE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE?
Real Estate is an important investment. When you improve your property, why risk your investment on the word of the cheapest bidder? No matter how good the plans are, construction work is not a commodity. Products at Costco are mass produced and quality can be standardized. In construction work and especially in remodeling work, most items are custom made. Having the job inspected by the City does not address customer satisfaction, quality or appearance of the finished work.
We start with the assumption that you want the wiring done correctly, safely, and neatly, with long range convenience in mind, even if it is a bit more work. If you choose Brookline Aries Electric Co., your building will be electrically safe. If not, you will be informed, because we are in the habit of looking out for electrical hazards while we work and always doing it right.
I guarantee our workmanship, as long as I live. Corrections will be made for free, unless the problem was caused by another. A service call will be charged in that case.
LOW OVERHEAD Brookline-Aries is family owned. We have relatively low overhead as we have a home office. We quote average and reasonable prices and provide high quality work.
PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATES A good customer has a clear idea of what is needed, and recognizes a professional estimate. I always assume that we have competition for price and quality.
See the Checklist for Homeowners. A good credit rating is a sign of a trustworthy contractor.
REFERENCES You are advised to check each contractor’s references. A reference list is not worth much, unless you use it. Call and verify the information in relation to your job type. A reputable contractor will be happy to supply you with a list of references that he has earned through the application of good business practices.
LICENSES Contractors are required by law to be licensed. You can check by calling the Contractors State License Board at (415) 469-6200 or go here C.S.L.B.
