ONLINE BOOKING instructions. (It is beta and the system may be a bit slow . . . and it works best with the Chrome browser.)
After you click on the green BOOK-ONLINE button you will see a Custom Request [text box]. Please describe the symptoms or problem to be fixed. Use as many words as you want including a preferred day and time along with the name and cell of the tenant if you will not be there.
On the second page it is important to use the billing email and the cell for the person who will be meeting me there. When I set the time the HouseCall Pro will send an confirmation to both the cell and the email.
